To get a refund, you must:

- Send us your return tracking number as a photo, and also write the full tracking number in the support ticket so we can verify it. Once your return package arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund.
Do not worry, because it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your 60-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.
